If you enjoy having a a cocktail ever so often, keep your money out of the casino if you plan to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Empty your purse, your money belt, and keep all money, plastic credit and checkbooks back at the hotel. Pack whatever cash you intend to use on drinks, tipping and whatever pocket change you expect to burn and leave the remainder behind.
Contemptuous? Not at all. Realistic more like. You may well have a profit following a drunken evening out with your compatriots and be lucky sufficiently to hook a 25 minute roll at a hot craps table. Keep that adventure considering that it is as short-lived as it gets if you regularly drink alcohol and gamble. These activities just do not mix.
Keeping your moola back at the hotel might be a tiny bit dramatic, but precautionary measures for dramatic behavior is necessary. If you play to profit, then do not drink and gamble. If you can afford to throw aside your $$$$ nary a concern, then consume all the gratis booze your stomach are able to handle, but don’t take plastic credit and checks to toss into the mix of going after losses after your befuddled self squanders everything!
Permit me to carry this 1 step further. do not consume alcohol and then go on the web to gamble in your favorite online casino either. I love to drink from the coziness of my domicile, however seeing that I’m linked up through Neteller, Firepay and have credit cards at my fingertips, I can’t drink alcohol and gamble.
Why? Although I do not consume alcohol a lot, once I drink, it’s certainly adequate to cloud my judgment. I gamble, so I do not drink when wagering. If you are a drinker, do not bet at the same time. Both create a ferocious, and crazy, cocktail.
