I have been betting on the internet or at real life gambling dens for a lot of years. I have been taught, the fixation is able to take a hold of you and you will not even see it until you are beaten. Markedly if you are on a winning streak. I have been through uncounted hundreds of clams in a very short period of time and at times, I can go a bit too far. It feels like you are just enjoying yourself up until you make a choice to pay attention to your loss and the guilt sets in, and then you keep telling yourself "I am able to earn the funds back" ad infinitum. It doesn’t work. Then you get sick to your abdomen and the harder you attempt the more rapidly you relinquish.
When you observe that you are ahead, STAY on the UP! When you start to lose, don’t inform yourself, "well only one more" over and over again, believe in me, this plan RARELY ever works. Say you plan on wagering on slot machines, keep a figure set aside ahead of starting your wagering. DO NOT exceed that boundary, regardless of how appealing. If you happen to win, put the winnings in a separate cup. Don’t wager your profits no matter what. After you have wagered through your initial predetermined threshold, stop. Depart, regardless if it’s on the web or at a brick and mortar gambling den, do not stick at the tables or machines. At all times keep in mind, there no doubt will be other days, another time. Clearly, this process is able to work for any game that you gamble on, be it bingo, poker, electronic poker, keno, twenty-one or any other casino game.
Remember, gambling should be enjoyable not exhausting, sickening work! If you aren’t having fun yourself, you don’t belong there. If you can’t pay for the loss, do not ever begin.
